Using the channels in Photoshop to remove backgrounds
Using the channels in Photoshop to remove backgrounds I used Adobe Photoshop to remove the backgrounds of a logo and some Canva images today. The process involves opening up the channels in Photoshop, I used the red channel as it gave the greatest contrast, and finally duplicating that channel and adding a mask. I'm not going to open it up today as I have spent ages in getting this blog going. Its a good idea to sketch out the details anyway. The video is called How to remove a white background from videos (easy) and it is by the very helpful producer Brendan Willams in 2019.
